Easy Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Waxamomo, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
We cannot accept and returns for unwanted goods outside the 30 Day period except for our special Christmas returns policy.
Returning your goods
Package your goods safely and securely. Use the original packaging if possible.
Use a reputable courier for larger goods, or recorded delivery for smaller items. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way to us.
To speed up the returns process, please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.
If you require an Exchange please get in touch and we can arrange payment to cover the cost of the delivery back out to you.
